Ultra Security Window Film, Inc. is an Authorized 3M Prestige Dealer serving Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties since 1993. Mike Keefe, Owner and Operator of Ultra Security Window Film, was introduced to the window film industry when he joined his father’s window tinting business in 1981. As a Tampa Bay area resident since 1972, it has been a personal and professional goal of his to develop and maintain a positive reputation based on honesty, hard work, and reliability. He has over 35 years of experience installing window film and helping customers find the most valuable window protection solutions.

Owner
Mike moved to the Spring Hill area from Pennsylvania in 1972. With a passion for window film, he started Ultra Security Window Film in 1997 and hasn't looked back since. He takes pride in our family-owned business and does all of our estimates and installations. He enjoys kayaking, fishing, and working on his motorcycle in his free time.
CATHI KEEFE
Co-Owner
Originally from Chicago, Cathi and Mike were married in 1980 shortly after she moved to the Spring Hill area. Cathi has been our behind the scenes guru since Ultra's opening in 1997, making sure that Ultra is always running at its finest. She has a passion for fitness and loves taking her grand-dog Mila on walks.
LEAH KEEFE
Assistant
Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Leah has been working for the family business since she was 15 years old. She helps her Dad on installations, and in the office with customer referrals and marketing efforts. She enjoys biking, hiking, and all things DIY.
SARAH STOFFEL
Office Manager
Sarah has been a part of our Ultra family since 2010 after moving from Ohio. She's the friendly voice you hear when calling our office and is always happy to help answer questions and schedule your window film appointments. When she's not holding down the fort at Ultra, she enjoys DIY projects and cooking.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROMÂ A FREE ESTIMATE?
Mike, the owner of Ultra, does all of our in-home estimates. We schedule a time to visit your home or business that is convenient for you. Mike takes the time to address your window film goals and any questions or concerns you have about window film. We measure the inside glass panes of your windows and calculate a price on-site. We always have film samples and informational brochures on hand to leave with our customers of the products we carry.
HOW LONG DO 3MÂ WINDOW FILMS LAST?
3M™ Window Films are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. Most of 3M's Residential Window Films have a limited lifetime warranty. 3M's Commercial Window Film has a 10-15 year warranty depending on film selection.
WHAT DOES THE 3M WINDOW FILM WARRANTY COVER?
Provided that the product is maintained in accordance with the Window Care Instructions, 3Mâ„¢ Residential Standard Warranty guarantees Window Films will:

Maintain Solar Reflective Properties without cracking, crazing, or peeling
Maintain Adhesion Properties without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the glass
Maintain Appearance without discoloration
Maintain Strength, Tear, and Penetration Resistant Properties as defined in product literature
IS MY 3M WINDOW FILMÂ WARRANTY TRANSFERABLE?
3M’s window film warranty is only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
HOW LONG DO 3MÂ WINDOW FILMS TAKE TO DRY?
Window film has a drying time that ranges from 60-90 days depending on your film and the weather conditions. During this time, any water bubbles or ripples will dry out and disappear.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY 3MÂ WINDOW FILMS?
3M Window Films can be washed with common washing solutions including ammonia-based products, 30 days after installation. Synthetic sponges, squeegees, or soft cloths are recommended for cleaning. To maintain your warranty, do not use abrasive type cleaning agents, tape, or other adhesive products that could scratch the window film.
